Job description
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Managing filing system and recording information as needed
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
- Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate meetings
- Maintain office supply inventory, accounts and will responsible for admin work
Required Candidate profile
- Candidate should have competent computer skills including MS Office
- Candidate must possess organization and planning skills
- She must have work management and prioritizing skills
- Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills
Experience – 0 to 3 year
Qualification – First Class Graduation Degree (Full time) from a UGC recognized University /Institute
