  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Managing filing system and recording information as needed
  • Greeting clients and visitors as needed
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing
  • Greet clients and vendors upon arrival and direct them to appropriate meetings
  • Maintain office supply inventory, accounts and will responsible for admin work

 

Required Candidate profile

 

  • Candidate should have competent computer skills including MS Office
  • Candidate must possess organization and planning skills
  • She must have work management and prioritizing skills
  • Candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills

 

Experience – 0 to 3 year

 

Qualification – First Class Graduation Degree (Full time) from a UGC recognized University /Institute
